MSE isn't "promoting this bank as recommended", they're listing them as having a decent rate, while including the following caveat at the foot of each page:usermse said:I cannot understand why MSE are promoting this bank as recommended, when so many people appear to have had or are having issues with themThis info does not constitute financial advice, always do your own research on top to ensure it's right for your specific circumstances and remember we focus on rates not service.P.S. My experience has been very similar to usermse (above). They are easy to reach on the phone, but very patronising once you talk to them. They do not concede that their procedures are in any way confusing or out of the ordinary, and treat the customer as though it is the customer who is being opaque, rather than the bank procedures. It all makes me nervous of what would happen if things were to go wrong.
