    That really would make tariffs "variable" !!!
    No different to mortgage interest rates. Choice is to fix for a period or opt for a variable rate product. Moves with market forces.

    Given that I live hundreds of yards from BAE's 2 main warship yards & ~25 miles to Faslane, in that scenario possibly my energy bills may not be my highest concern ...  :p
