Not at all! Last thing I want is a vast portfolio and there are always plenty of wealthy people about. Comparison if the thief of joy and all that. These are houses I've accumulated along the way.

Well if you do pull out of the sale, maybe you could look down the back of your sofa for loose change and pay off any fees the buyer has already paid out like surveys and searches etc?

Technically there would be none. But a person can cause a lot of hassle and trouble if they wish. Out of interest, could the estate agent sue?You've got a proceedable buyer. I'm pretty sure the EAs contract would go that far.I mean 1.5% on £750k is going to strip any benefits of pulling out.Not to mention you'll struggle getting another one once your name gets bandied about.0
