Current price cap rates for Electricity
Could anyone tell me what the current price cap rate is for electricity in the Chester, North West region, please. Or where to find the details.
I think my energy provider is charging slightly more than they should but wish to check facts before I challenge them.
Any help or guidance appreciated.

There is no actual price cap on the unit rate. There is a price cap on the standing charge and a total price cap so you need to work it out from the linked table according to method of payment and what your supplier charges daily. If you have E7 then the total kWh cost is split 58% peak / 42% off peak. The prices quoted do not include VAT.
