Review of selling a car to Cazoo

Just sold my car to Cazoo and wanted to share my experience, as the process was easy from start to finish.
Their online estimate (based on car details and my assessment of it's condition) generated a higher price than any of the other similar companies or local garages.
I then made an appt to visit them, and was a little concerned that I had to provide my bank details at this point, as it suggested that this was a 'done deal'. Plus, for security reasons, I was generally wary of sharing these details However, I went ahead, and was relieved to see that I was immediately directed to my online banking app - which to my mind verified that this was 'legit'.
Prior to the appt I received a call to confirm the valuation, check that I had the required documents available for the sale, and was asked if I had any questions etc - all very professional.
On arriving at Cazoo's site, I received a warm welcome, offered a cup of tea and had the process explained to me. My docs were copied, then the member of staff went to assess the car. I was bracing myself for him to come back and start pointing out the faults with my 11 year old car and to start haggling. Instead, he came back and confirmed that it was in the condition I'd described, and confirmed the original offer price to me. After saying that I would sell, he photographed me next to the car (to prove that it was I who had sold it), pressed a button on his iPad and within a minute my phone pinged to advise that the funds were in my account. It took 25 minutes from entering the showroom to getting the money - I'd barely finished my tea!
All in all, a good experience.
Hope this helps anyone else considering using them.

I paid the extra for them to collect the car from my house. I had a similarly good experience.
My car was sold by cazoo from their website. Their selling description seemed very fair, but I noticed that the SD card for the satnav went missing between me selling the car and them selling it. I guess someone flogged it on ebay.0 -

It always puts me off as it gives the impression the cars are not well looked after.
Reading your post makes me think whether they maybe list all cars as missing the SD card so they are "covered" if it is missing and / or whether Cazoo remove the card so they can then sell you one for an extra £100 which means the "headline" price on the listing is £100 lower. They either generate the additional £100 of sales value, or provide the free SD card that they had anyway as part of the sale negotiation.
I wonder whether they would have tried to knock you down if you did not provide the SD card when they took your car?0
