Zog to EDF to EON Next

After being moved from Zog to EDF, I transferred my account to EON Next, which started 6 Jan 22. EDF acknowledge that I have left and today is 4 weeks and two days since I left. In normal circumstances, I believe they have 6 weeks to produce a final bill and then a further 10 working days to issue any refund - otherwise I can claim £30.
My move from Symbio to EON Next went very smoothly, with my Symbio balance being credited on 30 November (within 8 weeks of the transfer). We are now 8 weeks on since Zog departed and EDF just seem to be inert, although we did have the Christmas period which may have interferred with the time scale.
As I was SOLRd to EDF, would this be classed as normal circumstances, and could I make this £30 claim if I do not get a final bill within the next two weeks?
This is what my EDF account says

I have had a final bill from Zog with a closing reading, and a forst EDF bill but the opening reading was estimated.N. Hampshire, he/him. I transferred to Octopus a week ago. My Final Bill came through 4 days later. EDF has used a reading that I gave them at their request 4 days before the switch. The Bill didn’t include the correction of the tariff for DD payments nor did it include any charges for the period 4th to 14th December or the Zog credit. I got some spiel back that there is no human intervention in the final billing process, and that the SoLR transfer process is hugely complicated. As I pointed out EDF had 6 weeks to produce an accurate final bill so why did they rush one out? Even the £1.68 extra on the bill for wrong tariff was shrugged off as being insignificant. I pointed out that if a supplier had taken over 580,000 customers (as did octopus with Avro) then £1.68 x 580,000 was a lot of additional profit. EDF is presently amending my final bill.

EDF's ears must have been burning. My account has now been updated, with a payment for £27.37 being requested for the period 15 Dec - Jan 05.
I cannot see the details yet, but feel this is way out. Subject to them clsoing my account using the opening read I gave to EON, my calculations are £22.22 for that period. Using my calorific value calculation, my monthly calculations can have an error margin of +-£1, so unless they have used a different close reading (had no confirmation from EON what my opening read is), I doubt it is £27.37.
Hopefully the bill details will show soon.
