6 years past but someone else put Dro on file?

It’s now been over 6 years and the DRO has dropped off
bit there is another mention in November 2016 which was several months after the date of the DRO
i think this is affecting the credit file

Debt relief orders stay in the public information section of your credit file for 6 years, and are then automatically removed.
I have no idea what you mean by "mention" ???
