I know it has been bad habits that have got us here, I’m trying to change those now.1 -

Stop using your credit cards is the first step.
Then clear the M/S one and if needed you could use that but clear it in full every month. Better yet - put it in plastic pot full of water and put it in the freezer. You can still use it but you'd have to thaw it out first! Gives you time to think.
Set an amount to be paid from each card rather than the minimum as others have already mentioned. Just a £1 higher is fine but pick out the one with the highest interest and put as much as you can afford against that. Adjust the amounts every couple of months to keep everything minimum + £1 except the highest interest card which you should keep trying to increase the payments.
Each chip in the debt will make life much easier.
