Hello there,
I am a mortgage-free home-owner on a salary of £15/- and have been in my part-time job for just 2 months ... but would really like to replace a dilapidated kitchen and install a downstairs toilet.
Brace yourselves, finance rookie here!

Any suggestions as to how I could finance it? I appreciate it’s a tall order!
Many thanks!

Depending on what type of state the kitchen is in have you thought about having it wrapped if it’s still in good con? Also toilets are relatively good prices so no point taking finance out for one of those x0

I recently acquired the house but it’s not had any work done to it in 20 odd years.

Oh I see my apologies. I know wren kitchens do 5 years 0% finance on their kitchens. Take a look at their website. X0
