M and s credit card cashback

Did anyone else get the letter informing them of 2 percent cashback. I found the letter to be quite cryptic is it 2 percent cashback on any spend or is there a limit?

Is it 2% cashback or 2x points for purchases in M&S which appears to be a new customer offer they have going currently?

I've had an M&S card for ages and haven't had a letter.

Does it actually say cashback?  M&S offer 'reward points' in the form of vouchers which can be used in M&S stores against your shopping.  You earn 1 point for every £5 spent outside of M&S and 1 point for every £1 spent in M&S.  For the first year you hold the card, spend in M&S is worth double points.

So that sort of works out at 2% 'cash back' except it comes in the form of vouchers, which can only be spent at M&S and is only earned on M&S purchases and only lasts for 12 months.

Why don't you remove your personal details and publish the letter - we might be able to give a better insight then?
