Hi all, can someone tell me if the date in brackets (01.05.2015) means that the person owns the land from that date? Thank you

The Land Registry might give you an absolute, expert answer, rather than a likely guess from a parking forum.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
