It's not a debt. It won't be on your credit file. You can choose to reject by disconnecting yourself from the grid before October, but if you ever reconnect you'll still be paying it back in increased costs regardless of whether you claimed it or not.

Give £200 then charge people £40 per year and continue it well after the 5 years they say to pay it back as by then we could have another party in government and the suppliers just keep the £40 for themselves as a profit.Someone please tell me what money is0
