So some people are getting £150 of their council tax to help with their energy cost. I am on Pension Credit and I don't pay Council tax but my energy prices are going up,. So is my council going to send me £150? Or have I got to freeze to death?

Neither, given that you’ve ignored the £200 rebate. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
