Is this deal better than new price cap ?

Hi all, bit confused , I am currently on standard tariff as deal ended , so as Martin advised "did nothing"
But with the new cap being announced, this deal being offered by my provider Shell energy seems ok ?
Or am I missing something.
Fyi 3 bed house, probably average to slightly over average usage. Any advice appreciated, thank you.

Flexible 6 is Shell's standard variable tariff. Currently the rates are at (or very close to) the October 2021 cap.

It's likely that, in April, it will rise to be at (or very close to) the April 2022 cap.

Ps , my current tariff is

Flexible 6 economy 7 direct debit e-bill

Is this the same rate ?
I don't actually use any economy 7 heaters etc, standard combi boiler system, but still have an economy 7 meter.

So want sure if this offered tariff converts me over to a single tariff but using the combined 2 readings ?
