Have just received offer of Bond purporting to link to Martin Lewis site allegedly being offered by NHS in conjunction with Wells Fargo investment. Requiring a minimum of £10,000 for 3,percent return. Didn't like look of this so assumed a scam and no such investment opportunity linked to this fund on M L site.

Given his profile, it's perhaps unsurprising that there have been many many fake adverts and emails citing his name - the best thing to do is to ignore it but if you want you could read up on some of the background and follow links to contact MSE at:

What an absolutely bizarre combination.

Wells Fargo has popped up before for bond scams. Totally unrelated to the genuine company. Beware that you may well get further "offers" if you are now on a scammers contact list

Me too today. Had a genuine sounding call but have no intention of calling the number I was given 02081571265 offering 3% interest on 12 month bond. Assume this is another scam. Beware.0
