Previous employer lied to HMRC about my pay

Eh. This isn't right.Zaena said:
Its shocking i know but i called ACAS they said they cant help me.
ACAS were really quite helpful when an Employer done this to me last year. In fact they had a really good guess at what was happening and were correct.
Sadly I didn't listen to the starting the route to tribunal but it is honestly the only way this is going to get sorted. If it goes to actual tribunal then the judge awards a key which makes HRMC pay attention. As my father say's you have to keep persevering with these organsiations, keep trying in the hope you get through to 'someone who knows what they doing.'
This is a step that may mean to don't even need to go as far as a court room -
If you want to make an employment tribunal claim: Early conciliation - Acas
I unknowingly left an Employer thinking I to was being helpful with loss of wages - they did and already were doing something far smeller which if they had told me, would have allowed me to deeply reconsider. It will always grate that they got away with doing this and when I had another hard situation again last year of an Employer who retained 6 months of hol pay which should have been 'final wages' but had the utter savvyiness not to put it through HRMC I now know something definitely wasn't right.
In the end and the only point I feel sad for an Employer on when someone skips off and they can't stop the pension contributions and still have to pay wages but that is it. The harm they can do to someone's tax record just baffling.
Also I know when I last took out home insurance, I also went with the option of taking out legal advise for employment for future.

Phone ACAS and start a tribunal claim for the money they owe you. Its free. And I can guarantee you that they will not be ignoring a court of law. ACAS can talk you through what you need to do. Why would you let them do this? It's people letting them get away with it that means they do it again.Acas is an independent public body that receives funding from the government.
We provide free and impartial advice to employers, employees and their representatives on:

- resolving workplace conflict
What reason did they give for being unable to carry out the function they are funded to provide? I'd certainly ring them again, make sure you have a note of the person to whom you are speaking/the date and time of your call, and if you don't fare any better, make a complaint to them.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!2 -
On occasion, if paid monthly, like at my former employer you are paid two ahead and two behind.
It might be a similar thing.
Probably not but just a thought.0
