Hi I’m not happy about woof love dog grooming based in Grimsby I have been treated awful and not even got an apology from the dog groomer I’ve been using her for years , they come too pick my dog up in a van and take her too the place and they decided too come early this morning and not even tell me . They didn’t even knock on my door until I received a text message stating that they was outside . I have just started a voluntary job and told the groomer I mean my dog left at 11:10 this morning and they are usually two hours and I rang the groomer and she said that it’s always been the same which is a lie . The person that came too pick my dog up wasn’t the same person that usually comes and I was not aware of that . She also says my dog is matted which is not true I look after her very well and even have photos too prove that . I’ve had he since 10and a half weeks old and she is now coming up 6 this year . I won’t be using there service again has really upset me.
