UC Self employed income, system broken?!

To confirm, any way you can take a screenshot or copy and paste what that journal entry shows for when you reported your earnings, so we can determine if it was to report self-employed earnings, or the incorrect todo for employed earnings as @tomtom256 suggests. They wouldn't be able to manually raise the todo's to report self employed earnings if the verify self-employment to-do had not been completed (or completed correctly)

When I requested my coach to reset the SE earnings she generated the EMPLOYED earnings (twice) so I had to fill it in with zero. Then it asked for my and my ex partners earnings for every month since nov ‘20 (which I had already filled in) so I had to fill it in twice more, then she generated the SE earnings which I filled in with my income and expenses for the assessment period
    Debt was £15,903 😬 Now £2718.14 £0 😲🥳

GreenCat80, it sounds like a complete mess up and possibly a mistake made previously when verifying your self-employment, as the system shoulda auto generate the to-do on the last day of your assessment period.
But if you are now getting the correct to-do generated, it should hopefully sort itself out.
Might be worth re-checking your statements though, just in case.

Thanks Tomtom, I’ve had to attend the SE assessment meeting etc so the system should know I’m SE. I guess now I’ll just wait for the next one and see what happens, wish me luck 😅

Just for your own records, you may want to keep a copy of your UC statements as they are now because once any months' payments are recalculated the original statements will be overwritten.  (Just in case of any problems - better to have them and not need them than vice versa.)
