Does anyone know how much it's likely to cost in legal fees (conveyancing etc) when selling a house, please
Is it a flat rate or dependent on the house sale price
Any recommendations of who to choose
Apart from the Estate Agent commission, who else do I have to pay when selling my house?

Been quoted £1200 base fee plus extra if occurs.

Just wanted to know if that is a realistic figure or should I shop around?
