Closing Jacks Stores

Bit of an update from me
Jack's stores might be closing/closed, but the brand certainly isn't going anywhere. I was surprised to see orders at work recommenced this week for Jack's cup soups.. Previously used to do orders of 3-4 pallets worth of a few different flavours, this week however, the order sheets were over 30 pallets of each flavour. This is more than we usually do for Lidl & Aldi. I think the cartons changed from 4 pack to 5, but they are now priced at £1 each. Some of the other production lines were running Jack's too - Choc brownie baking mix was one I spotted. All these products will no doubt be filling Tesco shelves soon.Sealed Pot Challenge 15 #78

Asda have just launched their "Budget Essentials" range so it wouldn't surprise me if Tesco will be doing the same maybe using the Jack's brand as the name already has a wee bit of a toe hold.

They are supplying the Jacks branded items to convenience stores, presumably via their Booker wholesale business.
My local corner shop now stocks a few Jacks branded items. I noticed grated cheddar and sausages.0
