Who are independent kitchen outfits for?

I always used to think the same about independent retailers, they do tend to be more expensive, but i think you do get better quality. I recently got my kitchen done, I put a lot of money into it because i wanted it to be my 'forever' kitchen. I looked at places like Devol but they were so so so over my budget. I found a company called The White Kitchen Company who do the exact same but a fraction of the cost. Their designers were so accommodating and helpful. It is sometimes worth doing your extra research trust me!!
