Best bank account for an 18 year old.

My daughter has just hit 18. She is in part time work and isn’t a student. She’s got a bank account with Santander that’s now converted to their standard one.
As daughter doesn’t have much income, I’m not sure if there’s a current account that will give her any perks or will give a return on money in the account. Has anyone come across a good current account for this situation, please?
Thank you!
Thank you!

If she doesn't need Direct Debits, and if she has a smartphone and spends a lot, the Chase account could be good as it pays 1% cashback on most purchases.
If she is more frugal, the Virgin Money M Plus account (not the Club M) could fit the bill as it pays a bit of interest and has an attached savings account. She doesn't need a smartphone for it though it's easier if she has one. She might also be able to cash in on the Virgin switch bonus if she can switch her Santander account and meets the eligibility criteria.
There's a bunch of other accounts she could have a look at: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/banking/compare-best-bank-accounts/
If she is interested to learn about finding and exploiting the best deals, and/or to learn about savings and investments, mortgages, pensions, money saving hacks etc, she could join the forum.

She could:
- Retain Santander (assuming she is happy with it) and open a Starling/Monzo account to switch in for a Santander £140 switching bonus.
- Switch to First Direct or NatWest for a £150 switching bonus.
- Open Chase as 1% cashback spends account & retain their main account for wages/bills only.
- Some combination of the above
