People’s Energy Help please can’t access final statement

I had an email from PE saying my final statement had been produced and to click the link in the email to access it.  I logged into the PE website and there is nowhere to access any of my bills including the final statement.  Anyone else had this email and can’t view their final statement please?  I have a small debit balance so need to see the final statement.  The CS telephone number of PE appears to be disconnected.

If you have already made a thread can you not then ask in other threads too?

Sorry I think you misunderstood my post. The OP has already posted in other threads about this issue. I am asking them not to post in multiple threads

Did you get access to your statement? I'm having the same problem. I need statements from 2021, but can't access them. Is there anywhere we can access old statements?
