I have received a letter from the administrator of Igloo stating my outstanding balance needs paying to them asap 
If no payment is made the administrators will add collection costs to the amount
anyone else had a similar letter ?

    If you had an outstanding balance due to Igloo shown on the final bill you have received from them for energy up to 2 October, and this negative balance has not been carried over to your EON.Next account, then I think you should pay it.
