Nintendo/Codestorm warranty repair 5* Service

Last week I sent a DS lite to codestorm for a nintendo warranty repair. The unit was very nearly out of warranty.
They sent a pre-paid label to return it. and it's now on its way back to us, 5 days after we sent it.
Also, I have sent them two email enquiries and they have both been replied to in less than 10 minutes. The last one was just 4 mins
If only all companies were so good.
