Hmmmm, now where would you fix a permit on a cycle? I'd look into this for a start also as I have these lizards in my flats also, and the bikes don't seem to need permits only cars. Ukpcm here though2

thats the closeup of the sign, is there any way to fight this guys?Yes, I already told you some points of defence.
I'm not a guy...!
Also, there is a 4th one. They should not have issued two PCNs in a 24 hour period for the same period of parking.
If you are just at LBC stage, like I said, respond and set out what I stated (I gave you my personal opinion about possible defence points in great detail already) and BW will come back with some old blather. Expect to get a court claim but who cares, these are defendable.
Blame your friend (their fault, come on they should not have been failing to tell visitors this and should have been proactive, giving them a permit/telling them to pay by JustPark) and agree that if you lose they will pay one and you pay the other, but only pay if a Judge tells you to.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Apologies, with guys i've meant as a collective.
So based on your advices, i could go to court and present following arguments:
No mention regarding motorcycles on the signage,I was visiting someone that was living there,Consumer Rights Act 2015 breach (does it still apply if the motorcycle was left overnight ?)Two PCNs issued, within less than 24 hours, in the evening and in the following morningShould i send them mail and point those out or it has to be a letter?0 -

Search the forum and filter for discussions/newest/parking forum only) for MP complaint if no poster has an example.
You'd be referring to the 'direction of travel of Parliament in stepping in to protect consumers against this scourge, as signalled by the new statutory Code of Practice, released by the Government and fore-worded with robust statement (and press release) from Minister O'Brien about challenging and stamping out the rogue element if the parking industry on 7.2,22'
Of course we need newbies to be reading other threads so we hope you saw the news and read bargepole's thread in particular from yesterday.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
