Here is a good article on the new arrangements for using and swapping old stamps

  • I've searched high and low for an answer on the Royal Mail Postage Stamp Swap Out pages, but nothing is being said about standard pre-paid envelopes (like the one in the photo), only those used by MPs. Does anyone happen to know?

What are people's recent experiences of turn-around times for the swap-out scheme?

I sent off my stamps on 22 January but haven't received anything yet.

I'm guessing there was a flood of applications from people wrongly thinking that 31 January was the last day to swap.  And from people also wrongly thinking that they couldn't use the old stamps after that date.

I sent some stamps (over £200) on the 27 January - am not expecting them back any time soon!

The odd thing for me is that I sent them by Special Delivery to the physical address stated but RM tracking says they were delivered to a PO Box!

Re recent posts, mine were sent Special Delivery on 20 January and received today. Likewise my daughter’s. Those who posted should get theirs shortly, I’d imagine.
