There's been a lot of discussion on the main "Energy" forum and there's a school of thought that Agile is the best incoming tariff too. Currently it's working out more expensive than Flexible but the 35p/kWh cap on Agile could come into its own in October when Flexible is expected to be over 41-43p/kWh.There's speculation that, some time after June but before mid-October, Octopus will announce an Agile v2 with a higher cap.- 10 x 400w LG + 6 x 550W SHARP BiFacial Panels + SE 3680 HD Wave Inverter + SE Optimizers. I've just applied to join Agile for incoming/outgoing.
Should work out great for the summer, anyone know if you can make the change back to flexible on the app/web? Or do you need to call?

However, I am not sure how set in stone it is.1 -

They're fixed but it's not in the terms so they can break the fix if they wish, same with tracker rates, there is a cap, but there's nothing to say they can't increase it during the term.
There is no risk in moving to Agile, if in August we see published rates are considerably lower than first thought we simply move back to an SVT.4.29kWp Solar system, 45/55 South/West split in cloudy rainy Cumbria.1 -
Am I correct that you can have outgoing agile and be on a fixed/variable or standard tariff? You don't need to be on agile incoming to get it?4.3kwp JA panels, Huawei 3.68kw Hybrid inverter, Huawei 10kw Lunar 2000 battery, Myenergi eddi, South facing array with a 15 degree roof pitch, winter shade.0
