It is unlikely to be a scare tactic imo.  Have you complained to your MP?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

You do not need to fill in their financial forms (your financial status is nothing to do with them) but you do need to expect a N1 claim form from CCBC soon.  Check the NEWBIE sticky for action you should take.
  • do you have a link for the particular NEWBIE sticky page i need to reference?

One click back to get to the first page of the forum and it is one of the announcements in red and the letter of claim advice is in the second post.

No link needed (see my signature - there is already a link at the top of the page).

It's an Announcement at the top of the forum you posted on.  If the reason you missed reading the top thread in capitals: 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST' was due to using a phone to try to read the forum, don't!  You can't research properly or use this forum so well, on a tiny screen.  You will certainly be unable to defend a claim like that, if they try their luck.

Loads of QDR threads to read here too, while you are waiting for your SAR once you have read what to do at LBC stage.

ZZPS and QDR are from the same stable, I think, so it's not that ZZPS have escalated the case.  Don't be fooled.  Just different notepaper but QDR do file a few claims and an LBC needs action by you.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • Thanks for the advice on Newbies Page,  I have  sent my SAR and got a quick reply  suprisingly I have 2 PCN   The one above at Letter of claim stage and a later one (I have noted the page on visitor parking bay as  this  is the case in the 2nd one)

So Now i have the SAR on both cases I agree, It helps to see what hand they are holding.

So, I guess now i just wait for the County Court action letter to arrive ??
  • QDR  solicitors have taken over this PCN from ZZPS ?

ZZPS has nothing to do with this. They are simpe dreamers who earn a living by adding fake amounts.

QDR are just an offshoot of the disgraced Wright Hassall solicitors .... QDR  ADD THE FAKE

Follow the NEWBIES THREAD and read the dreamers article

And ZZPS are members of the disgraceful BPA and the boss of ZZPS is on the board of the BPA ?

NOW THAT'S WHAT WE CALL A SCAM ?
