ebay collect in person. cash or paypal?

I've had it happen to me. i cant see too many scammers dealing in second hand pre-school toys, but its still a risk.

Tricky one, they could take the hump if you refund and never collect them.

Personally, i'd take the money from your paypal account and hope the person is one of the 99% who wouldnt do a chargeback.

The other option (as last resort) is tell them you will post them their receipt, which of course you would do by signed-for mail
