Now updated on gov.uk https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/uzbekistan/entry-requirements, just(!) need fit to fly test but it's be taken 48 hrs before ARRIVAL, so once you factor in taking the test, getting the result, travel to airport, check-in etc and flight duration it's too tight to risk imho

The other option is travel to airport, get onsite PCR test, wait up to 3 hours for result, board flight....
