As anyone had any dealings with this company. Trying to contact but no info, not even a website, They're a multi- product retailer.

Trenz ltd?  6/2/2020 and dormant?
2 names on the register one is linked to several other companies 2 of which have been dissolved/struck off.

If that name is actually linked. Other than that nothing, never heard of them.

They advertised on fb and I bought two items, one arrived and the other Yodel say they've delivered but have not. So I'm trying to get Trenz to refund. Without success so far.

It's not looking good.

My issue is with Yodel but it's the supplier who is responsible under CR. You're right it does'nt look good.

Your contract is with the supplier (trenz.co.uk).
Trenz.co.uk has a contract with the courier (Yodel).
