Very - not crediting account for returns.

Before Christmas I placed a large Very order, over £2k. When it arrived most didn’t fit so kept a couple of items and returned the rest.
i have the receipts that it was received by Very.
But 8 weeks on and no refund to the account.
i have contacted them and they said they would get back in 48 hours to advise if the credit would be applied. but that was over a week ago.
will contact again, but what are my rights?
