I have 4/5 'Q' marks on my file from late payments with o2.
they are where my bill was due on say 20th and it was paid on 25th.
they are where my bill was due on say 20th and it was paid on 25th.
All are paid with a few days of the due date.
Does anybody have any experiences of having these changed?

If so do you have any advice on how I do this? The right things I might need to say etc.
I realised it's a long shot but it was worth an ask
Thanks

If they were paid late surely its a factual representation of what happened. Look at it from the other side, why would they remove them if it was accurate?0

They aren't actually marked as late if it's a 'Q' though are they? Or are they?Which is why there there may be something I could do.How late before is the payment before it's marked as late? Surely there is a window of time.
And yes I do understand from there side that if it's late it's late but no harm in asking the question is there. You never know!Thanks0 -

One day or a few hours late with a payment, maybe.
5 days is a concious choice not to pay on time. Therefore the "late" markers are accurate and should not be removed.
Edit to add - not sure "Q" is a late marker, thought that was a "Query" status.Life isn't about the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away. Like choking....0 -

Edit to add - not sure "Q" is a late marker, thought that was a "Query" status. My situation was i I had not transferred the money by 2.30pm to cover the bills going out. I then have paid on the app. So I did pay tye day the bill was due but it's not processed it.
and yes i know I should have had it on time and yes I know I should maybe have called to make the payment. But I didn't, I'm a busy mum, work life got in the way and on a few occasions god forbid I wasn't perfect!0 -
