long wait for replacement item from online retailer

Hi, I purchased 2 sofas from an online retailer and reported a fault just before the 12 months warranty expired, they arranged for an independent assessment and it was found in my favour and I was eventually told the factory had agreed to replace the sofas but there is a 20 week wait. I agreed to this but we are now at the 23 week point and although I've contacted the company they have no date as to when the container will be delivered to the UK. Time is essential now because I've agreed a sale on my house and will be putting my furniture into storage around mid March. Can anyone tell me what are my rights ? I've not had a good experience with this company since the day I made payment so can't imagine they will be helpful with my dilemma.

Not sure why you posted this in going out deals, the consumer rights board would be better.1
