Sounds like a full copy of the claim; how odd.

You did a defence ages ago. Are you sure that you haven't had Directions on the Notice of Allocation telling you to file and serve a witness statement and evidence yet?

You are at the same stage as this person who I replied to:

Please come back and do the Public Consultation this Summer!  Explained there.

They have included a response pack...
That phrase, and others you have used in your recent posts, leads me to ask just who are 'they' that you keep referring to?

Is it the Claimant that has sent you this latest stuff, or is it the court that sent it?

Thanks for this. I should have been clearer, it's the claimant that has sent this latest stuff.

I just wanted to come back on here and say a BIG thank you! The people on here have been amazing and I have had 2 successful defences. The first was against UK Parking Management where the judge struck out the claim, albeit on a technicality as the claimant filed their notification to not attend the hearing one day late. The other claimant dropped the charges about a week before the hearing. Once again thank you so much.

Yay!  Both wins!  As you told us this:
    • The PPC is Highview Parking Ltd
    • The legal are DCB Legal
Please please show us a pic of the Notice of Discontinuance from DCB Legal so that we can add you to @Umkomaas discontinuances thread!

AND have you ever 'appealed' and failed to resolve a private parking charge?  Not a court defence.  The farce of 'appeal' early on?  Whether or not you tried useless POPLA or the even worse 'IAS'.

If YES, please do this today (DLUHC research):

No problem at all I've attached below. I haven't ever appealed so I'm not able to comment on that part. All I know is that the people on this forum appear to be superhuman to me especially you! I really don't know how you've managed to operate and navigate this landscape and work so tirelessly to help others. You all deserve medals! Thanks again so much.

PS. Sorry it's taken me so long to come on here to say thank you. I kept meaning to but it's been a really tough year. All of your help has made it easier to get through this particular situation so I can't thank you enough. If there's anything else I can to do to help you or anyone else on this forum I'd be happy to do what I can.

On the case. Well done @dancingdough. Thanks for copy of your NoD. 👍
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
