Well the rules could change fifty times between now and then. Go and look at the FCO page for the UAE for the current entry requirements.1

Visitors must have international health insurance before travelling.
There is information about testing before departure, testing on arrival and quarantine is available on the Emirates Airline website.

At this moment in time you will need a negative PCR test within 3 days of travel (at your expense, not an NHS one I believe). If you are not fully vaccinated then I think you currently need to quarantine upon arrival. Hopefully your son can get fully jabbed by then because I believe the UAE are one of the strictest.Nice to save.1

RCR for both of us or just me?0 -
nobody knows what the rules will be in July....best to start looking at the rules a month before travel then continue to track them
currently everyone over 12 needs a negative PCR to travel...this could all change

Make sure you have an insurance policy that covers additional costs if you get Covid whilst there and have to extend your stay before being able to return.1

@aayush
You can get up to date advice on entry requirements (and lots of other things) here

If you haven't booked already, I would suggest a serious rethink. Dubai is unbearable in July with average temperatures above 40 degrees. Kuoni actually advises against all travel in July and August to Dubai. the locals all leave and come to Europe0
