Is anyone having problems with access to their account, I've changed the password but can't login either on lappy or phone app. This seems to have occurred just after an email about the transfer from peoples energy. One thing I did notice was the customer reference number is different to the account number I have a record of.

Hi, I can't access my account either today, I get the same error as yourself.

I have received the following error message on trying to login to my Britrish Gas account on my pc:

error="invalid_client", error_description="Bad client credentials"

Also, I am unable to use the British Gas app

I transferred from People's Energy.

I was getting the same error this morning on the website but I've been transferred from Neon Reef - so not specific to failed supplier ,just a wonky BG website !!!
