Error loading - Help please

I am getting the following message when I have booted up my computer - Error loading C:WINDOWS\system32\gzmrt.dll The specified module cannot be found - How can I correct this? I would appreciate any advice

The person in that post had problems with uninstalling using the regular control panel in windows. You might wish to try installing crapcleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/ don't install the yahoo toolbar and use the uninstall options available within the program to remove the problem software.
HTHIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0
