I decided to go to Sri Lanka in March instead of November. I was quoted £1300 for 28 days insurance on comparison sites. (Its more expensive has been sectioned within last 2 years and in November it'll be over 2 years) I did a little googling and found an insurer that insures pre-existing conditions and managed to get comprehensive insurance for the year for £778. Thats handy as I'm going to Ireland, Isreal, Italy later in the year. I've booked for Sri Lanka for March which I'm now looking forward too. I might git another holiday in Jan next year to get the most out the insurance cover. Possible Kerala.0

On the Sri Lankan visa application they ask you what occupation you are. I put disability pension. It went through okay and I got my visa. I was worried about that,0
