Where can I get my 2014 BMW Map Update done, its USB only?

You'll have to sign up and pay online for the relevant BMW Connected Drive subscription for your car which will have the USB map update. I think the minimum you'll pay is around £70. Create an account on bmw.co.uk and look there.

I don't have connected drive my car isn't compatible, I tried. They said go to a dealership.

I have a 2014 3-series without connected drive.  I updated the satnav in 2017 with a USB stick from a main dealer.  It cost around £100.

I have a Mazda, it came with an 8 GB SD card that you could load onto the PC and use their toolbox for map updates and buying a subscription. The problem with the cards is that now they need 16gb ones and I have read dealers charge up to £100 for this, so I just bought a card on amazon (same make/spec) and copied the files over. Mazdas require a run in of ~62 miles/100km before they imprint on the card so it's useable in the toolbox but after that it's fine and during that run in, the mapping worked fine in the car, however, it is imprinted to that specific car, so used cards won't work on another car. I suspect if you go on BMW forums you'll be able to find out if you can do this sort of thing to update the maps and where to get the files from.
