Ayden, Preloved, ebay alternatives and seller protection

I am looking for an alternative to ebay and am thinking on selling on Shpock or Preloved but am put off by the lack of clarity of Ayden with regards to seller protection. With Shpock I am convinced there are both scam sellers and probably buyers as well so if a buyer falsely claims non delivery of an item that is sent I cannot see how Ayden will side with a first time seller, particularly if I have no feedback.
Preloved use an escrow service called "Trustap". This website at least give more info on avoiding fraudulent claims as a seller, but in both cases I don't have much confidence. The good thing about ebay and Paypal in the past is that I have been in situations where they clearly looked out for me as a seller. I am not sure about the above sites or their customer service standards.

Sell with cash on collection or stick to ebay. Last time I looked it still had considerably more buyers than all
the other platforms put together.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Thanks. I can no longer sell with ebay as I refuse to submit ID documents. I got my account suspended for that reason but it's a long story.0

I used to use shpock, made dozens of sales but I either did cash on collection or used PayPal . Ended up closing my account though as I wouldn’t upgrade to the pay monthly option and I wasn’t able to send messages to buyers anymore or even respond to messages- so there was very little point. Loads of time wasters though and you work hard for your sales due to the daft questions , obvious scams and time wasters.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I might try preloved and see what happens. To be honest I doubt any of them compare to ebay in terms of the amount of buyers and therefore sale prices, but as I think I discussed in another thread with you before Managed Payments came in there don't seem to be any great alternatives, Ebid included. I gave up selling face to face when the internet came along.0
