No response after placing an order

Placed an order about a week ago. Received a confirmation email soon after but nothing since then.

Their delivery information states 3-5 working days.

Tried emailing yesterday and called today but no response. Might be closed as it’s a weekend.

The business is called Stationery Hunter. Has anyone else ordered from them before?

Forgot to mention. Paid by credit card but the order was less than £100. Is section 75 still an option?

I think you are jumping the gun a bit regarding S75.  Most companies are having problems at the moment.

I’m just a bit worried as I haven’t heard anything and it’s the first time I’ve purchased from them. I’ll wait till Tuesday/Wednesday and see if they get back to me.

S75 doesn't apply, but a 'chargeback' for non-receipt of goods does. But wait a while first.

Just wanted to post an update. Received an email from them this morning. Parcel arrived about an hour ago.

Good to hear it's arrived now.

I think it's best to allow double the time of delivery schedules given by any company these days as any given one of the current affairs will influence it.

I think it just spooked me as it was my first time ordering from them. But unlikely a scammer would go to that much effort.
