Tax Free Childcare

Question regarding Tax Free Childcare

We are currently using tax free childcare for our first child ( 4+ year old ). I am earning 40K and my partner earns 65K

We are expecting our second child in Mid February 2022 and I would be paid during my maternity which starts on 1st Feb through my employer as full 39 weeks maternity pay.

My question is
- Income criteria is still met for Tax free childcare so can i start tax free childcare for my second child once he is born and accumulate monies in the account until second child starts nursery in 10 months?

Regards
RC
