Can anyone recommend a cheap / reliable website hosting package ?

Can anyone recommend a cheap / reliable website hosting package , I only need one email and space enough to host one webpage as it links direct to a wix website .

Currently on TSHOST .

All was fine up till around 6 months ago when the " upgraded " their services which removed the SSL certificate  and more than doubled the renewal price -  my website is now showing it as unsafe and they want an additional £50 just for the certificate .

I was going to sign up direct to WIX but they jack up the prices after 12months . 

I have tried the free ones but are not reliable as they seem to work for a day or two then stop , any help would be appreciated.

Can you not consolidate it all and use the domain you are trying to direct to the wix site as the domain for the Wix site?

Seems a bit pointless to host 1 page on a domain that then redirects to another domain?
