TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “The Quiz that gets Quicker – VIBE by Jet2Holiday Kiss competition” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

 

1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	This competition is running on: Kiss Radio   On air competition Each weekday between 6am and 10am from Monday 7thFebruary 2022 to Friday 25th February 2022, 1 entrant, who has successfully entered online and entered their correct details online, will be phoned and brought to air to play “The Quiz that gets Quicker”. “The Quiz that gets Quicker” will involve answering 5 questions in a set amount of time. The entrant(s) must answer all 5 questions correctly within the 40 seconds time limit to win (The question being read counts within the 40second limit). If they answer all 5 questions correctly, they will win a VIBE by Jet2holidays prize, as mentioned in 5.0   The presenter’s decision is final.   There will be a total of 8 VIBE by Jet2holidays to win. We will play until all the prizes are won or until Friday 25thFebruary 2022, whichever is first.   Entrants(s) will be chosen by random electronic draw.   Entrants will be drawn each day at 12pm/noon the weekday before the competition. Eg. -          Entrants will be drawn on Friday 4th February 2022 at 12:00 to play on Monday 7th February 2022. -          Entrants will be drawn on Monday 7th February 2022 at 12:00 to play on Tuesday 8th February 2022.   Entrant(s) will be contacted via phone. If the entrant(s) does not answer, a new entrant will be contacted.

3. ENTRY DATES	Start Date and End Date. From Saturday 29th January 2022 at 00.01am (“Start Date”) to Thursday 24th February 2022 at 12:00pm (noon) (“End Date”).   Entries will be shortlisted the previous working day.   Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider (Jet2holidays and any companies within the Jet2 plc group of companies), must not enter. Any such entries will be void. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Specific Terms. The prize must be taken by the prize winner (who must be over the age of 18) along with their selected travel companions notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport.  Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. The prize includes a Single Trip European policy for the chosen travel dates. The winner(s) must meet all Eligibility criteria on page 4 of the policy document to be insured. If they do not, no alternative cover will be provided. The winner(s) will not be covered under the policy for any claims arising directly or indirectly from a pre-existing medical condition unless it has been declared and accepted in writing for cover. If any extra premium is payable for pre-existing medical conditions, this must be paid by the winner(s). The policy will not provide any cover if the winner(s) travelled to a specific country or to an area where, prior to their trip commencing, the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office have advised against all (but essential) travel unless the FCDO advice relates solely to coronavirus and they have a Single Trip European policy.

1. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

3. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
4. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
5. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
6. You are responsible for all costs of entry.
7. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.
8. As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.
9. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
