Yes, that's the one. It's still a good price compared to others, but just another thing creeping up along with everything else. Sigh.Katiehound said:
Sounds very much like Aldi ones. Think that's what I paid a couple of seeks ago. They had been £1.99 for quite a long timeeuronorris said:
The toilet roll we get has gone up from £1.99 for 9 rolls to £2.25 in just a week.

Hi
Oh dear - we are on our last unsalted butter block. We got ten from Tesco online a few weeks ago at 1 quid each as opposed to the norm for the last few months of 2 quid per all brands

Looks like we're all getting a fruit and jelly addiction. Don't use pineapple juice in your jelly though as it prevents it from setting.

Hahaha what did I start! Same goes for kiwi by the way. There was a warning on the jelly packet about both pineapple and kiwis stopping the jelly from setting.February wins: Theatre tickets5

It’s my aunts birthday on Monday and I stupidly forgot to post a card when I was in town yesterday. I’m not going back in till Saturday and I worry that might be cutting it fine with posting. I’ve used Moonpig on and off over the years for instances like this where I cannot personally post a card. I almost fell off my chair when I saw they wanted nearly £5 for a bog standard card and postage. Put a thread on Facebook and loads of people recommended card factory, took me a few minutes to find them but there they were very similar cards, with postage £2.74! Almost half the price of Moonpig. It looks like Moonpig have lost me as a customer now. No way am I paying nearly £5 for a card!:money::rotfl::T8

Work colleague has just found me peppers on her lunchtime trip to the shop! Yay!
£5 for a card (including postage) is a bit steep!
Though I was most shocked by the price of the large kinder easter egg yesterday. £15!!!!! For 220g of chocolate and a plastic toy! Nope, nope and more nope.February wins: Theatre tickets7
