Selling to Way Home - anyone else done this?

We’ve had an offer on our home, from a company called Way Home (https://www.wayhome.co.uk/). Had never heard of it but is marketed as ‘gradual ownership’, essentially Shared Ownership done privately with an investor instead of Govt scheme.
Regardless of how useful/terrible it will be for the people actually using the scheme to buy a house, has anyone had any experience selling to it? We would be selling to an LLP (made up of the buyer and this company/investors) and I just wondered if there was any thing to be aware of that may make it slower or more complicated than selling to a person, instead of a company.
