I bought a TV from Argos, it develop a fault. I took it into the store for a refund or replacement, the store checked it and said they couldn't take it back as they said it was caused by pressure. I am now stuck with a faulty TV, what can I do?

I'm afraid I don't understand what they mean by "it was caused by pressure"?
Do they mean that there is evidence that you have damaged it by squeezing it or crushing it?
When did you buy it? How did you pay for it? When did it go wrong?0 -
What is the fault description ?

If they say it was caused by pressure they must see a break somewhere, It has to be obvious so is the screen cracked or case cracked?0
