I have been advised by money Supermarkets to get in touch with you to see any help available because I am very depressed due to declined my car quotation and insurance company does want to realise .
I have also approach MIB to look in to it.
Please any help and advice would be great help for me.
Iam been declined quote twice by some car instances companies but don't want to provide me a reason because information are sensitive and now they saying confidential.
My request to them I am only asking my detail if I have done incorrectly than I give me opportunity but so far nothing.
Same car insurance company send me policy detail and log in portal to see my document after declined.

since last week I have learned lots most of Car insurance companies don't update their system or database in result we driver will struggle mostly decline then end up paying higher premium to insured.
1st example one car insurance company recorded address which my sister left in March 2017 but sales team took very lengthy discussion to update their system in result decline and premium went high, same time they said to me that I have putted incorrect information in Money Supermarkets but I told her quote still live and I can see our correct address in Money Supermarkets website quote.
2nd example my sister showing database as my partner,
Recently I have purchased new policy from Money Supermarkets and when check my documents in my log in portal they made 2 error, 1 is incorrect date of residential,
2nd was I don't drive or name driver on any other vehicle, again wrong information because I am always name driver in my sister car.
3rd example I have been declined quote after exchange emails they send me email last night on my policy number and log in portal.
I have approach by email to insurance company and they told me you have no policy and so you can't log in.
So I have forwarded email policy detal and log portal but all in all they are allow to make mistakes and they can add and amend details whenever they require.
they don't have to pay any penalty for misguided information.
they don't want release my information so I have email to complain team by emai now I got response within 30 days they will update me.
All in All please advice me what I can do to see my information stuck in their system which decline with my current information.
I have provided my Driving License detail I have also provide proof of non fault accident and my no claim wasn't effected this information provided by my previous car insurance.
Any help support would greatly appreciated.
Trust me I am completely lost in this situation and it's very stressful.

I am involved 1st time so I am not sure have done it correctly.
I am just looking help for get it right whatever information in the database system, i am going through very rough time and I don't want to keep getting this problem every year in renewal.
As I learned our information sitting in database for long time if they dont get update than driver face problems like me . car insurance company should lead on it.
As we driver provide full information to various car insurance database and information do get change like accident address penalty for drivers and some drivers information stay as same.
